Do you travel out to clients' homes to do treatments or to do wedding makeup?

Unfortunately I no longer travel to clients' homes to do treatments. I am only based at my Beauty Room in The White House, Wisbech. However I do travel out to do wedding makeup within a certain radius. There may be an extra travel cost depending on the location of your wedding. Please contact me using the form below for further information.

Do you require a deposit to book wedding makeup?

I usually require a 20% non-refundable deposit on the day of your trial run. This secures your special day as I only book one wedding per day to dedicate my time to you. Please contact me to arrange any wedding packages!

Do I need to have a patch test for certain treatments?

Yes, I will require you to have a patch test for LVL Lashes, Eyebrow Tints and Eyelash Tints at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. This is to ensure you aren't allergic to the product.

My teenage daughter would like her eyebrows done, do you have an age limit?

Anyone under 16 that would like to have a treatment needs to have a permission slip signed by a parent/guardian and they need to have their parent/guardian present at the time of the appointment. Unfortunately due to insurance reasons I cannot carry out tinting to anyone under the age of 16, and I cannot carry out waxing to anyone under the age of 13.

Do you have a cancellation policy?

I do have a missed appointments & cancellation policy. I understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances can occur which means that schedule adjustments are necessary. I therefore respectfully ask for at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment. If you have paid a deposit and need to reschedule you can transfer your deposit to a different date. However if you fail to attend your appointment with no prior notice I'm afraid you will lose your deposit. If a client fails to attend an appointment without any prior notice or cancels within the 24 hour window, a 50% fee will be applied to that appointment. This fee will need to be paid before any new appointment can be secured. This fee applies to all appointments that amount to more than £15. Please understand that if you do not attend your appointment without notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that space.

Do you do massages on men?

I only do Back & Shoulder Massages on men. My apologies for any inconvenience!

Do you do gift vouchers?

Yes! Please visit the 'Gift Vouchers' section to easily purchase a Gift Voucher online.

Do you accept card payments?

Yes! I accept card and cash payments.

Do you require a deposit?

I require a £10 deposit for all online bookings over £30. This deposit is transferrable if you need to reschedule your appointment to another date. If you fail to attend your appointment with no prior notice I'm afraid you will lose your deposit.
